Alchemy AI & Automation

Wondering what AI could actually do for your business?

You’ve heard about AI and automation. You know there’s potential, but figuring out where to start is another story.

I help business owners discover practical ways to put these tools to work, from simplifying everyday tasks to improving how their business operates.

Let’s Explore What’s Possible

Practical AI solutions for growing businesses.

You bring the business knowledge. I’ll help you explore the technology.

A real example

Mitchell Land & Labor Irrigation and Lawn Care · MassachusettsWinterization scheduling project

What used to take days of scheduling now happens automatically.

  1. 01 · Before

    Hours of manual scheduling

Almost 600 appointments in 2 months

Hundreds of customers needed appointments. Coordinating schedules, sending confirmations, and keeping everything organized required significant administrative time.

  2. 02 · The solution

    A smarter scheduling workflow

Working inside Jobber, our existing field-service software, we built AI agents that create scheduling plans in minutes, then automated the entire scheduling process to run while we sleep.

Sound too good to be true? Worried it won’t account for all the nuances of how you work? That’s exactly why I’m here.

  3. 03 · The result

    Less coordination. More time back.

Appointments are organized, confirmations go out automatically, and the team spends less time managing repetitive scheduling work.

“It freed up my time and my mental space, and let me focus on other things. It took a significant amount of hourly data entry off the admin desk. It was surprisingly intuitive in how it automated the schedule, and it asked the right questions, ones that were meaningful and helpful. Some I wouldn’t have even considered! I 100% recommend it, and we’ll definitely be using this system for our spring start-ups. I’m excited to see what else it can do.”

What’s possible

You might be surprised what you can automate.

Think about everything that happens behind the scenes in your business. Customer inquiries, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, marketing, and all the little tasks that keep things moving.

AI and automation can make many of these processes easier, faster, and more consistent. The possibilities depend on how your business operates, but here are a few places to start.

  • 01

    Customer Communication

Answer common questions, organize inquiries, send timely updates, and help customers get the information they need.

  • 02

    Scheduling & Appointments

Simplify booking, send confirmations and reminders, and reduce the back-and-forth of managing appointments.

  • 03

    Sales & Follow-Ups

Keep opportunities moving with timely follow-ups, estimate reminders, and workflows that help prevent leads from slipping through the cracks.

  • 04

    Marketing & Content

Simplify content preparation, organize ideas, repurpose existing material, and support more consistent marketing.

  • 05

    Business Operations

Connect information across compatible tools, reduce repetitive data entry, and streamline everyday processes.

  • 06

    Reporting & Insights

Bring information together, simplify recurring reports, and make business performance easier to understand.

The best opportunities are often hiding in tasks you’ve gotten used to doing manually.

The approach

You run the business. I’ll help you figure out where AI fits.

Every business works differently. What makes sense for one company might be completely unnecessary for another.

I start by learning how your business operates, what’s taking up your time, and where things could work better.

Then I identify opportunities for AI or automation and recommend solutions that make sense for your goals, existing tools, and budget.

When we find something worth pursuing, I help put it into practice.

The goal is to make your business work better, with technology that serves a purpose.

A practical approach

Built for how you already work.

You shouldn’t have to completely change how your business operates to benefit from AI and automation.

Whenever practical, I build solutions around the systems you’re already using, whether that’s Jobber, QuickBooks, your website, email, spreadsheets, or other business tools.

You don’t need technical expertise or a fully formed idea before getting started.

  • Works with your existing toolsWhere compatible, solutions connect with the software and processes you already rely on.
  • Designed for real peopleYou’ll understand how your solution works, what it does, and where your team remains involved.
  • Clear recommendations and expectationsYou’ll know what’s being proposed, what it costs, and what’s involved before anything is built.
How it works

Let’s find a better way to work.

You don’t need to arrive with a plan or know which tools you should be using. We’ll start with a conversation about your business.

We talk about your business.

We’ll look at how things currently get done, where time is being lost, and what opportunities might be worth exploring.

I recommend a solution.

I’ll identify practical opportunities for AI or automation and explain what it would take to implement them. You’ll know the scope and investment before moving forward.

I make it work.

I’ll build and test the agreed solution, show you how it works, and help your team understand how to use it.

Meet the founder

Built by someone who understands running a business.

I’m Lisa Mitchell, founder of Alchemy Marketing Studio. I’m also a co-owner of Mitchell Land & Labor, where Alchemy handles growth, scaling, and marketing. The operations and customer side run separately.

I’ve spent years building businesses, managing projects, working with customers, and navigating the everyday challenges that come with keeping everything running.

I know firsthand how much time disappears into scheduling, customer communications, paperwork, and the countless details that demand attention.

That’s what drew me to AI and automation: the opportunity to find practical ways to make businesses operate more efficiently.

Now I help other business owners explore what’s possible and put solutions to work in their own businesses.
